We know your time is valuable and ask that you respect ours. Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment so that we can keep the clinic running smoothly.

We are closed for lunch 1300-1400.
Please note that these are our general opening hours. NHS appointment hours are usually 0900-1330 but may vary depending on our schedule and the type of appointment.
If you are late for your appointment, you will be seen in the next available slot but this may take some time if we are having a busy clinic. Please be patient if there is a delay, due to the nature of orthodontic treatment it is not always possible for us to maintain an exact schedule. We will always do our best to maximise results and minimise inconvenience throughout your treatment.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend your appointment please give us as much notice as possible, preferably at least 2 working days, so we can use the time for other patients. Please bear in mind that regular appointments are necessary for your treatment to be effective. If you do not see us regularly it will increase the length of your treatment and in extreme cases we may be forced to discontinue it altogether.
