ClearStep™ aligners are removable and virtually invisible so you can straighten your teeth without anyone knowing and with minimal impact to your lifestyle. You will still be able to eat, drink and speak normally, play sports and wind instruments and brush and floss as usual.
Many adults had never considered traditional braces but are now happily and comfortably improving their smiles with ClearStep™ aligners.
How ClearStep works
ClearStep™ combines orthodontic expertise with advanced 3-D computer graphics technology to create a series of transparent aligners. Each aligner is worn for about two weeks and gradually moves your teeth until they reach the desired final position prescribed by your Orthodontist. Every aligner is precisely calibrated and custom made to fit comfortably in your mouth at each stage of treatment. Depending on your particular case, treatment takes 6-15 months and can involve up to 48 aligners.
Suitability for ClearStep™ treatment
ClearStep™ is not yet suitable for children and is not appropriate for every adult. Only an Orthodontist can determine if it is a suitable option for you. To ensure the best possible results, only an Orthodontist who has been trained and certified by ClearStep™ can diagnose and treat using ClearStep™ aligners.
